What you'll see ⛰️ Summit🌄 Big views

Six miles of trail and boulder field to the Keyhole, and then the Ledges, the Trough, the Narrows and the Homestretch - 1.5 miles of exposed Class 3 scrambling on the far side of the mountain, marked only by painted bullseyes.

Tips
Start between 1am and 3am so you are off the summit by noon. Beyond the Keyhole this is mountaineering, not hiking - people die here most years. Not remotely a route for anyone unsure on exposed rock, and never in wet or icy conditions.
