What you'll see 💧 Waterfall⛰️ Summit🌄 Big views🏞️ Lake

Up Glacier Gorge past Alberta Falls to The Loch, then up Loch Vale to Timberline Falls. The route climbs the falls themselves on wet rock - a genuine scramble - to the Lake of Glass, and Sky Pond is a further half mile beyond.

Tips
The Timberline Falls scramble is Class 3 on wet rock and stops a lot of people; it is far harder descending. Snow and ice cover it into July. Timed entry permit required for the trailhead.
