What you'll see 🌄 Big views

This trail gradually climbs 105 feet over 0.6 miles from the Fairy Falls Trailhead to a view looking down on Grand Prismatic Spring and the Midway Geyser Basin. Trailheads: Park 1 mile (1.6 km) south of Midway Geyser Basin at the Fairy Falls Parking Lot. Parking is very limited.

Tips
From the boardwalk below you only see steam - the overlook is the shot everyone is after. Go mid-morning on a warm day when there is less steam, and skip windless cold mornings entirely.
