AccessibilityFlagg Canyon is a 5 mi (8 km) roundtrip out and back hike with 340 ft (100 m) of elevation gain and an average slope of 5%. The narrow, dirt trail crosses the busy parkway if accessed from Flagg Ranch. The trail includes numerous ups and downs, and contains obstacles, such as fallen trees, canyon edges, and rocky outcrops.

Head into Flagg Canyon on this out and back trail. Access the trail from the northeast side of Polecat Creek Loop Trail. The trail follows the Snake River as it winds through Flagg Canyon, offering views of the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway and access to the Snake River.

Tips
Follows the Snake River where it runs through a small canyon. Rarely walked and pleasant in the evening.
