📍 Check In and Get Found
The top card broadcasts where you are right now — an impromptu meetup without
creating a whole event.
It expires on its own. In the popup's 🕒 Timing section, Until is
the auto-clear time; leave it blank and it's about 4 hours. You get a heads-up
shortly before it lapses (channels on Notifications).
Who sees it: Preferences → Privacy → "Status, Check-in &
Photos" — any member unless you change it. Check-in photos are
stricter: mutual contacts only, and they're wiped when you move on. The permanent
copy lives in Check-in History.
🌍 "Where Is Everyone?"
Two modes hide in the dropdown. Active Check-ins = who's here right now.
Pick a window instead — 2 hours, a day, a week — and you get who's been there,
from check-in history.
Names only show in Active Check-ins mode, and only for mutual contacts who
allow it. Everyone else is an anonymous head count.
Most Popular sorts by a place's all-time check-ins, not
who's there now. Nearest and the radius measure from your search
location — tap the city name to move it. Tap any place row for its stats, map,
and ⚐ Report Place.
🗺 Read the Map Pins
Blue = the place's exact spot.
Red = its city center — no GPS on file, so the real place is somewhere
in that city. Don't navigate to a red pin.
Nearby places group into a numbered cluster; tap it to zoom in
and split it apart.
⚙️ It Remembers You
Every filter, time window, and open/closed card saves to your account and
follows you across devices. There's no Save button.
So a card that looks empty is usually its dropdown, not a quiet
week — a window you set months ago on your phone is still in force here.
💡 Tips
- Dashboard = what's happening now. Your to-do's, invitations, and recommendations
live on Home.
- No Weather card? Simple mode hides it — Preferences → Site Mode.
- Severe-weather alerts flag the Weather card's header even while it's collapsed.
- Inside Weather, each section collapses too — 📍 Location,
More Information, Air Quality and 🌧️ Radar start closed,
and their headings still show the city and the air-quality reading.
- City searches in Weather stick around as chips; × on a chip drops one.
