An easy walk on a fully accessible ramp leads to the first viewing point, while 178 steps descend to the lower overlook. To reach boardwalk The trail starts at the Canyon Rim Visitor Center parking lot off U.S. Route 19 in Lansing. Follow the sidewalk next to the large stone bulletin board outside the Visitor Center.

Tips
The upper platform is wheelchair accessible; reaching the lower one means 178 steps. The bridge is 876 feet above the river and was the longest single-span arch in the world when it opened in 1977.
