A short steep climb to an overlook above the site of the 1969 Tektite underwater habitat.

Tips
Tektite was an experiment in which scientists lived on the sea floor for weeks at a time, watched by NASA to study isolation. Nothing remains above water, but the interpretive sign explains it.
