AccessibilityThis site is in a remote forest setting. The parking area is flat, but terrain will be difficult, especially in winter.

In a mature and varied forest setting interspersed with mountain meadows and geographic features, this park is near the Trapper Creek Wilderness. Here visitors will find access to trails leading to remote forest lakes, high-mountain elevations and some of the most spectacular country found anywhere. No groomed trails at this site. This site provides winter access to Goverment Mineral Springs rental and private cabins. Parking is along the side of the road and not in the snow plow turn around. Park between the Sno-Park signs.
