No Kings: Vote Early Ferndale MI

Join the League of Early Voters! Be a Voting Superhero and make your voice heard! Unlock your superpower on October 17th at our rally on 9 Mile and Woodward from 10:00-noon.

The theme of our Ferndale event is “Voting is Your Superpower-Use IT!” We encourage attendees to dress in family-friendly Superhero attire . Yard signs with this message will be available for sale. Take a photo with “Captain America” in front of the post office. Utilize Ferndale’s bike lanes by decorating your bikes and wagons to mingle in the crowd! Visit the tables with a vote-centric theme. You may choose to join the car rally by decorating your car with the VOTE EARLY theme and circulating around the rally route. We are registering voters, informing voters and encouraging voters to VOTE!

For more than a year, millions of people have come together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they are above the people and the law.

Now, we are taking the next step, turning people power into voter power. Unlike previous No Kings actions, No Kings: Vote Early, is not purely a protest. Instead, on October 17th, it's a day of nonpartisan voter participation: we are bringing **our community** together to make a plan to vote early and ensure every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote and has the opportunity to make their voice heard.

Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it out loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
