About This Event

Join the Center for Teaching and Learning (Technical Workshops) for the following opportunity: Register here.

Plan to join the CFE for another workshop focused on using Gemini Notebook more intentionally to support teaching and learning. This session will build on the earlier CFE introductory workshop by exploring ways instructors can use selected course materials to develop, review, and refine teaching resources or learning activities.

Participants will consider how Gemini Notebook can support instructional planning, course-material review, student preparation, and the development of instructor-reviewed resources. We will also discuss strategies for evaluating generated outputs and making thoughtful decisions about when and how these materials might be used in a course.

This session is intended for instructors who have attended the introductory Gemini Notebook workshop or who have some prior experience creating notebooks, adding sources, and reviewing generated responses. Participants are encouraged to bring a specific teaching task, assignment, module, or set of non-sensitive course materials they may want to explore during the session.

For accommodation requests, please notate them on registration form or contact Jess at jelhendr@mtu.edu or (906) 487-2275.
