 out **MiCare** and the future of healthcare in Michigan. Rep. Rheingans is
  the sponsor of **House Bill 4407**\, known as MiCare\, a proposal to esta
 blish a universal\, publicly funded healthcare system for Michigan residen
 ts. The proposal would provide comprehensive coverage without premiums\, d
 eductibles\, co-pays\, or co-insurance and would include services such as 
 medical\, mental health\, dental\, vision\, hearing\, and prescription dru
 g care. This town hall is an opportunity to learn more about MiCare\, how 
 the proposal would work\, how it would be funded\, and what it could mean 
 for patients\, families\, healthcare providers\, employers\, and communiti
