  Michigan Canvass Kickoff event in Grand Rapids! MMOP is a grassroots\, no
 npartisan campaign working to reduce corporate influence in Michigan polit
 ics and bring greater transparency to our elections. After collecting more
  than half a million signatures from Michiganders statewide\, Proposal 2 i
 s officially headed to voters on the November 3\, 2026 ballot! We'll talk 
 to voters in their own neighborhoods and encourage them to VOTE YES ON 2! 
 Whether you're a seasoned canvasser or it's your first time talking to vot
 ers\, we'll provide training and supplies before pairing up to knock doors
 . Our friends at League of Conservation Voters have graciously provided sp
 ace at their office on the Grand River for our inaugural launch. Meet us o
 n 3rd floor\, Suite 322\, with your fully charged smart phone and a comfor
 table pair of walking shoes and we'll provide the rest! Canvassing will ta
 ke place rain or shine\, so please dress for the weather. We look forward 
 to spreading the word with you each Saturday that officials should answer 
 to the voters they represent\, not the corporations they regulate!
