SUMMARY:Kalamazoo Relational Organizing Event
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a casual gathering to build community\, learn about
  electing environmental champions this year\, and help us write postcards!
  We will be gathering over snacks and pizza to get to know each other whil
 e we learn about the upcoming election and how to make a difference. Build
 ing community is a critical part of effective movements - people who know 
 each other care about each other and therefore will work to protect each o
 ther! As we gather\, there will be food\, refreshments\, and updates from 
 Michigan LCV staff including invitations to future events. There will also
  be an opportunity to write postcards to Michigan LCV members in targeted 
 areas where there are important races to remind them to vote. This month w
 e will write postcards to support reelecting the State Supreme Court Justi
 ces who just ruled against Line 5 while we watch a film about this critica
 l issue.
