SUMMARY:Cardboard Boat Races (and Design Competition)
DESCRIPTION:Watch creativity and teamwork come together at one of Homecomin
 g's most iconic traditions! Teams will showcase their handcrafted cardboar
 d boats before racing them across the water for a chance to earn Homecomin
 g points and bragging rights. Boats will be judged on creativity\, craftsm
 anship\, and theme before taking to the course\, where speed and teamwork 
 determine the winners. Participants must be registered with a Homecoming t
 eam to compete\, but everyone is welcome to come cheer on the racers. The 
 event officially begins at 4:00 PM\, but competing teams are strongly enco
 uraged to arrive by 3:00 PM to complete check-in\, sign required waivers\,
  have their boats judged\, and prepare for the races.
