DESCRIPTION:Come make a splash in Huskies Group Swim Lessons! American Red 
 Cross Preschool Aquatics levels are being offered at the SDC Pool for ages
  4 to 5 years old. Preschool Aquatics Ages: 4-5 years A parent is required
  to be in the water with each participant. Description: Preschool Aquatics
  is designed to orient young preschoolers to the aquatic environment and t
 o help them gain basic aquatic skills. In addition\, participants start le
 arning about how to be safe around water. Learning Objectives: ? Technique
 s for entering and exiting the water ? Blow bubbles through mouth and nose
  ? Bobbing ? Retrieve submerged objects ? Front and back glides and floats
  ? Body control and manipulation in the water ? Tread water using arm and 
 hand actions ? Alternating and simultaneous leg and arm actions on front a
 nd back ? Treading water ? Learn water safety skills No previous swimming 
 lesson skills or history needed to participate in this level. Space will b
 e provided for personal items on the pool deck. Goggles are highly recomme
 nded. Showering is required before entering the water. Class size is limit
 ed.
