 alid GA ticket to the SEPTEMBER 29 show at District 142 to gain access to 
 the VIP M&G. This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to presen
 t valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age w
 ill not be admitted to this event\, and will not be eligible for a refund.
  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. This ticket is a revocable license which may be 
 withdrawn and admission refused anytime upon refunding the printed purchas
 e price. The holder of this ticket is admitted on condition and by using t
 his ticket agrees (s)he will not make or transmit or aid in transmitting a
 nd description\, account\, picture or reproduction of the event to which t
 his ticket admits him. This ticket may not be used for advertising\, promo
 tion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without 
 the express written consent of District 142. Breach of the foregoing will 
 automatically terminate this license. Any person whose conduct is deemed b
 y management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the rules and re
 gulations of event\, or the terms and conditions herein\, may be refused a
 dmission or ejected. Holder grants permission to the Performers and their 
 agents to utilize the holder's image or likeness incidental to any live or
  recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction\, in whole o
 r in part\, of the event. Professional cameras\, tablets\, audio recorders
  and video recorders are not permitted in District 142 without special per
 missions / credentials from District 142 in advance of the show. HOLDER VO
 LUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury and all other haz
 ards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket
  is issued\, whether occurring prior to\, during or after the event\, and 
 further agrees that District 142 LLC and 142 Live LLC ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE 
 OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES\, EXPENSES\, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RESULTING FR
 OM OR RELATED TO SUCH CAUSES. NO ALCOHOL\, DRUGS\, WEAPONS\, FOOD\, CANS O
 R GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED. Bags\, purses & clutches larger than 5" x 8" x
  2" ARE PROHIBITED. Single compartment bags\, wallets & clutches smaller t
 han 5" x 8" x 2" WITH OR WITHOUT A HANDLE OR STRAP ARE PERMITTED. An excep
 tion will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. A
 erosol cans (hairspray\, mace\, pepper spray\, etc.)\, marijuana or illega
 l narcotics\, including accessories or paraphernalia associated with marij
 uana or illegal narcotics use\, animals (except approved service animals o
 r service animals in training)\, Noise Making devices: air horns\, fog hor
 ns\, bullhorns\, thunder sticks\, cowbells\, bells\, horns\, kazoos\, whis
 tles\, vuvuzelas\, didgeridoos and other noisemakers\, coolers\, Smoking o
 f any kind (cigarettes\, e-cigarettes\, vaping\, etc.)\, fireworks or any 
 types of explosives\, laser pointers\, any device that could create an opt
 ical illusion\, or any similar devices\,Professional &/or commercial camer
 as with interchangeable or detachable lenses\,video and/or sound recording
  devices including laptops\, tablets\, iPads and/or Go Pros\, Or weapons o
 f any kind (including firearms\, pocket knives\, pepper spray\, mace) toy 
 or fake weapons (including squirt guns or super soakers) are prohibited. W
 e do not release set times. Our events have a "no re-entry" policy\, which
  means once you enter\, you cannot leave and re-enter. Almost all of our s
 hows are general admission standing room only\, which means that there is 
 no assigned seating. For most shows\, the mezzanine offers seating\, which
  is also first come\, first serve. The ticketing site will list all option
 s available for each show. Ticket options are subject to changes and adjus
 tments as determined by the venue and at their sole discretion. The venue 
 reserves the right to move\, adjust or eliminate ticket options at any tim
 e without notice.
